What you’re buying
A one-time license to download and use the current version of Woodshed (“the Software”), sold by AI Woodshed (“we”). You get the version available on the day you buy. Future versions, if any, are announced at aiwoodshed.com and may be offered separately.
Your license
- You may install and use the Software on computers you personally own or control, for your own videos and your business.
- You may change the Software’s rules, styles and settings for your own use.
- You may not resell, share, publish or give away the Software or its download link, or offer it as a service to others.
What you need
The Software runs on your own computer and uses your own Claude account (Claude Pro or Max, billed by Anthropic), plus free open-source tools that the setup installs (including FFmpeg, Parakeet, HyperFrames and Python packages). Each of those tools is governed by its own license and terms. You are responsible for your Claude plan and for following YouTube’s terms.
Your content
Your footage, projects and settings stay on your computer. We don’t receive them. Content the Software sends to Claude goes through your own Claude account under Anthropic’s terms.
No guarantees of results
The Software and its YouTube best practices are provided to help you edit and package videos. We can’t promise views, subscribers or income. The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
