What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email and billing details, used to process your order, deliver your download and send order emails. Card payments are handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we never see or store your full card number.
- When you browse: basic server logs and the cookies the store needs for the cart and checkout to work.
- Embedded videos: YouTube videos on this site use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode; YouTube’s own policy applies when you play them.
What we don’t collect
The Woodshed software runs on your computer. Your footage, projects and settings are not sent to us. The app may check aiwoodshed.com for a newer version, which sends only your app version.
How we use it
To fulfil your order, provide support, and (only if you opt in) send occasional updates. We don’t sell your information.
Your choices
Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by replying to your order email.
